FAQ
2026 Alpha v0.1
Why is there only one server?
This is in Alpha testing. Due to that, we only have one server, hosted in NW USA. If you
die, you will have to wait for the game to end and try to join back in before the next
game starts.
What are mushroom stews for?
These are crafted with the traditional recipe, a bowl and two cactus, or a bowl and two cocoa beans, and
instantly heal 3.5 hearts when consumed. This is for more advanced PvPing and hotkeying.
Note: if your hearts are full then they will heal your food bar instead.
Is this free?
During Alpha, all kits will be free to use and test. The server will always be free to
play, but eventually users will be limited to 3 free kits and will need to purchase the
rest individually.
How does this work?
You must study the different kits and choose one before the game starts. You can either
work alone or with a team, combining various kits to form strategies of all kinds. The
game starts on a naturally generated map running from -500 to 500 on the X and Z axes, with all players in
the middle. During the lobby wait you can pre-explore the map but cannot break
blocks.
Once the game starts, all players are brought back to the middle and have 2 minutes of invincibility to run where needed, collect supplies, and get ready. Once invincibility is over, the game is on. Your XP level is your kill count for the match. If you are killed or die, you are banned from the server until the next game.
There are two special events later in the game. The first is The Feast, which spawns as an empty grass circle around 20 minutes in, somewhere between -200 and 200 of the middle. After a 5 minute countdown, chests and an enchantment table spawn in its centre.
The second is the end game death match. At 60 minutes, all remaining players are teleported into a bedrock box where they must fight quickly before the lava rains from above and kills everyone.
The last player alive is the winner.

Why is the land different?
Nether, Diamond, and The End are disabled, and the world is reset after each match.
More OG terrains are promoted (swamps, pine forests, mountains, oak forests, birch forests, jungles, deserts, meadows), and the bedrock floor height is set to Y=0 with a max build height at 140. Mountains taller than that are still usable: you can build a few blocks over the natural ground there, just not tower off it.

When can I join a game?
You can join a game when the server restarts after the last game finishes. It will open fresh at 0/120 players, and once 2 players are joined a 5 minute countdown will start. Up to 120 players can join. You can still join during the 2 minute invincibility phase if the server has room, but you will not be able to choose a kit.
How do I find out how kits work?
Read about every kit on the Kits page, or type
/kits in game.
How do I use a kit's ability?
Most kits work by right clicking with the kit's item, on a block, a player or the air
depending on the kit. On Bedrock that is the use button, or tap and hold on touch. Some
kits are driven by crouching (shift) instead: the Hulk winds up a throw by holding crouch
with someone on their shoulders, the Turtle's shell only works while crouched, and anyone
being carried can crouch to wriggle free. Abilities unlock when invincibility ends. Each
kit's description on the Kits page, or
/kit in game,
says exactly what to click.
What commands can I use in game?
These are the only commands on the server.
/kit <name>choose a kit before the game starts/kitsee your current kit and what it does/kits [page number]browse every kit, a page at a time/helphow the game works, and this list/stats [player]lifetime stats, plus your kills this match/msg <player> <text>whisper privately, also/tell,/whisperand/w/feastwhere the feast is, once it has appeared/gamematch time and players remaining/spawnback to the centre if you get stuck, before the game starts only
